Materials
- Colour conditioner for leather
- Foam applicator (included)
- Protective gloves
- Clean white cloth
- 1 fresh lemon
- 1.5 litres lukewarm water
Instructions
Pre-cleaning:
- Wash the leather item: Dilute lemon juice with lukewarm water. Using a clean cloth, gently
wipe the leather to remove dirt, dust, and oils. - Dry completely: Allow the leather to air dry naturally.
Applying Colour Conditioner
- Wear gloves: This product can stain your hands.
- Prep the conditioner: Shake the container well. Dab the foam applicator onto the lid to
gather the colour dye. - Apply small amounts: Spread the conditioner evenly in thin layers. Avoid applying large
quantities at once, especially on dry leather, as it can create uneven patches. - Cover all areas: Apply the conditioner to all surfaces of the leather item, paying extra
attention to faded sections. - Touch-up and dry: After the initial application, go over the faded areas again for extra
coverage. Allow the conditioner to dry completely. - White cloth test: Rub a clean white cloth over the leather. If no colour transfers, the
conditioner is absorbed and sealed.
Post-application care:
- Conditioning: For ongoing leather care, apply plain Conditioning Cream every 4-6 months.
- Colour retreatment (optional): If desired, you can repeat the colour treatment every 4
months until satisfied with the colour. After achieving the desired colour, stick to regular
conditioning.
Post-application care:
- Store the colour conditioner in a cool place. Avoid storing it in hot temperatures as it can
cause separation.
Additional tips:
- Test the colour conditioner on a small inconspicuous area of the leather before applying it to
the entire item. - Apply the conditioner in a well-ventilated area.
- Do not use this product on suede or other delicate leathers.
